"I stayed here for two nights and had a mixed experience. First, I want to give a shout-out to the front desk staff—they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property is also in a perfect location, within easy walking distance of everything you need. As for the accommodations, the room looked a bit rundown and the bathroom was dated, though both were clean. However, the AC was quite loud, which made it hard to sleep at night. Additionally, the water pressure and temperature in the shower were inconsistent. Overall: It’s an okay place to sleep for a couple of nights if you prioritize location and service over modern amenities."

"Fantastic hotel with comfortable beds, large and well appointed rooms, and a beautiful lobby and restaurant. Location was great! Valets were incredibly friendly and helpful (I see you, Jefferson!). I would definitely go back. Only con was the level of street noise. It is NYC, so it's expected, but this was excessive. It was recommended to ask for an interior room (trade off the views - that's fine) on higher floors in the future. Will do! Thank you!"

"My room had problems with the ventilation and I could not sleep. I was upgraded to a wonderful room for which I was very grateful and very much enjoyed. Thanks to the hotel staff who solved the problem in the most hospitable manner."

"Very surprised that the price was so high for the room. I had stayed here previously before "the renovations" and the room rate was much more reasonable. The one plus I have always found here was that the room was large especially if you need two queen size beds. I did tell the front desk that I had asked for a toothbrush for my daughter which never came. For almost $1,000 per night, I would stay elsewhere."
