Property was as described by owner. The owner messaged before arriving for stay, to say there was an issue with hot tub, and he was arranging someone to look at it. He was very apologetic about this and it was repaired the following morning, and all ready to use later on in the day. Communication with Gary the host was 1st class. The cottage was very clean and it had everything you could think of. It really is a beautiful tranquil place to stay, the hot tub is an added bonus. The town of Ruthin is a lovely interesting place, with a nice town park and you can enjoy a river walk or for more adventurous head to the local hills. It was tranquil and even when it rained the undercover veranda and hot tub was magical (especially in the dark under the fairy lights). Very clean, fresh soft towels and comfy bed. Everything from start to end was spot on, Gary very helpful, even after we checked out when our car window wouldn't go up. Great position, lovely little village with everything you'd need. Hot tub was great.
