"Easy checkin, large apartment, close to europa park"

"Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region."

"Casa Rustica was exactly what I needed. They are a friendly small hotel with personal service. After a long road trip with kids, the proprietor Juliano helped with laundry, gave us a table at the restaurant with no reservation, a complimentary shot of Jaeger (I really needed it) and generally were very accommodating. Would definitely go back. "

"We enjoyed out stay - we loved having breakfast in the Bodega room! Bathroom a little small though . Disappointed that Europapark doesn't have more items in their stores that relate to the country they are representing though. That would really enhance the experience....."

"The hotel staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable with air conditioning. The breakfast buffet had an excellent choice and set us up for a day at Europa Park. They recommended an Italian restaurant just up the road which was good. I left something at the hotel and they even agreed to post it to me. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel"
