Located on 1.38 acres, this 3 bed/2 bath home is across the street from Petit Jean State Park and Lake Bailey. It's also walking distance to the Outpost, Coffeehouse, & very close to Visitors Center, campgrounds, & Museum of Automobiles. Gnomes are hidden throughout the grounds & makes for a fun search for the whole family and deer frequent the property in the evenings. Please note: The 2 bathrooms are in each bedroom suite. The "kids" room with the three twin beds must use the bathrooms in the suites. The security cameras are on the roof. Great location for the Petit Jean State Park. Coffee house next door. The house had everything we needed, even a first aid kit for when my son burnt his hand on the toaster oven. The beds were comfortable and the entire property was clean. The showers were nice and the outside area in the backyard was very peaceful. My dog enjoyed roaming around in the large lot. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Petit Jean, which I will because it’s a fantastic park. Ideal property for people like me who want to hike and be outside all day but come “home” to a hot shower and bed instead of camping. ##### Daniel C.
