The property was great with big open yard for kids to play and a nice fire ring. Owner was responsive but we did not really need anything. Would stay there again. My only complaints was the grill was basically unusable(burners rusted out and very uneven flames) without a grill top skillet I had and their pots and pans could be improved to make cooking more pleasant. Also the kids complained about mattresses in their room with bunks and trundle. I agreed with them as I could feel springs on some more than others. Other bedrooms were good. If cell service is top priority, you may need to travel as the location is remote and not all of us had cell service. Wi-fi is available and of moderate speed.
