Brian was extremely communicative throughout our stay. We rented the pontoon which is a must. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Ample amount of towels and kitchen supplies. No extra blankets or spices so keep that in mind when planning your trip! Yard is spacious and was great for yard games and shade from tree is welcome on hot days. Large tv for the one rainy morning we had and large areas for board games. Rush City is a very small town with not much more than a bakery and a couple of gas stations but we did have good meals at The Fort and The Grumpy Minnow. Two kitchens (main and small one on 2nd floor), plenty of eating areas for large groups, comfortable beds, tons of towels, and hard flooring for easy cleanup. The two master bedrooms upstairs are very large, so there is plenty of room for cribs and/or blowup mattresses. Things that should be updated on listing: there isn't a hot tub, and the laundry facilities are not available for guest use. Also, the 5th walk-through bedroom has a pullout couch and curtain for privacy. This "bedroom" is located at base of main stairway, so it isn't quiet enough for little ones with early bedtimes. ##### Stephanie W. We spent most of the time looking at old photos and hearing stories about the property (which was a resort and farm that included the twin barns) and what the area was like back in the day.
