« Malgré un emplacement idéal pour le shopping, la suite que nous avons réservée ne justifie malheureusement pas son tarif. L’isolation acoustique laisse à désirer, un luminaire s’allume automatiquement sans possibilité de le désactiver, et l’entretien de la chambre mériterait clairement plus de rigueur. Des remontées d’odeur dans la salle de bain ont également été désagréables. Pour couronner le tout, l’accueil à la réception manquait de chaleur et de professionnalisme. En somme, une expérience...

« L'accueil était très bien, la chambre confortable. Cependant elle est très mal aménagée : il y a un grand écran qui empiète sur le passage entre la chambre et la salle de bain.
