It includes a king and twin bed, private bath, a kitchenette with fridge and microwave as well as a seating area, dedicated work space, couch, lounge chair with ottoman and a smart TV. Guests also have access to shared house kitchen, laundry and patios. Lots of windows overlook the backyard for great afternoon sun. We stayed in the Green Woodlands which is very spacious and well appointed with a large walk-in shower and wet bar for coffee and snacks. Tom, the owner, checked in with us before arriving and during the stay to make sure we were well cared for and enjoying the house. There is a quaint little general store just on the side of the driveway with treats. It was a really pleasant surprise and I would highly recommend if you're in the area. ##### Sean R.
