The condo is spacious with three bedrooms, 2 baths, 1750 sq. ft of living space. We have a living/dining room with cable TV and Foosball table. It sleeps 12 comfortably. No need to go out after a day of fun, we have a full modern kitchen with eat-at bar, or eat at the dining table. Washer & dryer included. It's a great place where some can choose to watch the big screen TV at night, while others gather at the dining table to talk or play games. Close proximity to Sunday River, with Sunday River Brewing Co and a ski shop right next door. The home is not a glamorous, luxurious ski chalet, with granite counter tops and outdoor decks with mountain views, but it’s perfect if a couple of families need a clean place to stay while skiing. The house is well stocked with all you will need, all kitchen/cooking essentials, a Keurig, washer/dryer, table for 6 and kitchen bar for 4, family space to sit together, bedding for twelve across three bedrooms. All you need to bring is personal toiletries and food for cooking. Owner gave his cell phone for anything, and was very responsive to any questions. Great bang for the buck.
