Amazing double deck for wildlife viewing, cooking, and socializing. Hot tub is perfect. Open lots on both sides provide a truly private experience. The firewood provided is more than enough for a week stay..super ! The laundry room is amazing for keeping towels and swimsuits dry for the next dip lol the kids truly loved that part. The positive list goes on but in short this property and manager is truly loved. This property and the memories it provided will live with our kids for a lifetime. ##### Cory S. We had a fabulous visit to Riudoso. The house was perfect and very comfortable. Will def stay here again. Needed to bring a few specialty items for cooking. Bring your sharpest kitchen knife! The area is very convenient to midtown and grocery stores but feels private. We saw elk, deer, a fox and a lot of birds (hummingbirds, nuthatches, chickadees, jays etc.) in the area around the cabin while we were there. The small AC unit kept the cabin cool during the day and we left the windows open at night. We used the hot tub several times and it was easy to use and clean. We were there during a snowstorm and very cold temps. We didn’t leave the cabin for 2 days. There was ample firewood to keep the fireplace going, plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Janelle was very easy to communicate with and we were able to extend our stay due to the snowstorm. I’m an above knee amputee and use a wheelchair when not wearing my prosthetic.Even though this is not an accessible cabin, I was able to navigate the hallway, front bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen. We enjoyed watching the deer and elk that came by to visit. The only issue we had was the driveway, and it was our fault for not following the recommendations of having 4 wheel drive or snow chains. Once we purchased chains at Walmart, we were good to go. So, if you go and there is snow, be more prepared than we were. The cabin was in a great location and was minutes to anything in the city. We had numerous deer around the cabin almost daily, saw/heard elk around, and the birds were nice. We traveled to White Sands NP, Lincoln, and drove up the mountain to Ski Apache. Great views! The cabin had everything we needed and more. Watching the mountain sky in the evening/night from the hot tub is always a favorite activity to see satellites and military planes flying around.
