The house has all the pots and pans you could imagine (could you a sheet pan or a cookie sheet, though) as well as spices and other cookware. Plenty of restaurants close by and Walmart is about 10 mins away. Back to the house, there was no TP lol. The only thing that could be improved is toiletries but thankfully we were prepared. We are frequent visitors to Ruidoso and have stayed in many nice homes and cabins but this one tops them all. The location, the proximity to the beautiful lake and trails, the home tasteful decor, the cleanliness as well as the fantastic balcony where we spent most of our times were all first class. We were a group of 6 family members and we went up there to celebrate my in laws 50th wedding anniversary. We all had an excellent time and stored a lot of good memories. Had everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back. My mother in law already booked again for August. Close to downtown & the racetrack that was super convenient:) the customer service was EXCELLENT!! Was impressed. Super clean & a brand new build.
