Perched high above Ruidoso, Eagle’s Nest is your mountaintop retreat with unforgettable views in every direction. This stunning three-story home sleeps thirteen guests comfortably with four bedrooms and three bathrooms—perfect for family gatherings, friends’ getaways, or golf weekends. From your private perch, enjoy unobstructed bird’s-eye views of the town, Cree Meadows Golf Course, Sierra Blanca, and the Sacramento Mountain Range.  
  
Two stories of outdoor living give you endless ways to relax and take it all in—soak in the 6-person hot tub, fire up the gas grill, share meals, or sway the afternoon away on the porch swing. Inside, the living room’s floor-to-ceiling windows frame incredible western mountain views, while plush seating and a gas fireplace make it a cozy spot for gathering. The open kitchen has everything you need, from a gas stove to both a coffee pot and Keurig, plus counter seating and a dining table for shared meals and conversation.  
  
Enjoy a little friendly competition in the game room with a poker table, puzzles, and board games. Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite upstairs with a king bed, Smart TV, ensuite bath, and private balcony. Two main-level bedrooms both have Smart TVs, with one offering direct deck access. The lower level features a queen bedroom with ensuite bath and private entrance—perfect for older teens or a second couple—plus a bunk room with a twin-over-queen bunk and Smart TV.
