La limpieza pésima ,tuve que salir a las 10:30 pm a comprar sábanas ,colchas a Walmart cuando fui acostar a los niños las camas llenas de pelo no cambian las sábanas ,ni las fundas ,las colchas igual dobladas y llenas de pelo del huéspedes anterior en mi opinión no vuelvo más a ese lugar

Condo was spacious for four and pictures are as advertised. Buy bottled water for your coffee. Taste of local water is not great. Condo could use some updating in the bathrooms, but nice otherwise.

Overall place worked, but it really is pretty dated and not in the best of condition. Some positive notes are that it was very well equipped and very clean.

In love with the location my view every morning to the nature was beautiful the condo itself was very homie and stocked with everything i needed the stores and shops very close 7 min drive. 35 min drive to ski apache the best will stay again for shure thank you had a great time♡

It is a descent place to stay. Even though the place is worn and dates it was very clean, it definitely needs updating but plenty of room to spread out and had great views of the mountains. I will say the mattress on the king bed needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Luckily there was a second room with twin beds and those beds we’re comfortable.

GREAT Condo, GREAT View, GREAT Time!
Nice condo, comfy, great deck! Good cookware in the kitchen, needed some extra flatware - we were always washing the few forks that were in the drawer, but overall good to cook in when we wanted to. Great view and animal visits - loved the deer and turkey! Enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back next year!

A great break from the summer heat!!!
Great views...you are on top of a mountain overlooking Ruidoso. Weather is amazing and the place is soothing and perfect for a getaway from the Texas heat during the month of August. Our second stay here and we would stay again in the future

Great view of town . Quiet and safe . Friendly staff. Didn’t like that the pool closed at 7:45 , but that is our only complaint, and it’s really not a complaint. Great place , will stay again .

We asked for a room with a view of the town. We received a flippant "no" without any explanation or option. No option offered if we wanted to be on the first floor or second floor. Yes, we asked if it was possible to check in early but we would have waited if the desk clerk would have explained the options.

The view from the deck was specular. The unit we had needed some maintenance to the leaky shower faucet and the other shower was very very difficult to control, scalding hot or cold, nothing in between. I would stay there again.
