It has a kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave; a living room with a comfy leather sofa across from the television; and a separate bedroom. The living room and bedroom each have an entrance, and the bathroom is located off the living room. Please note that it is two steps down into the bedroom, so this cabin is not recommended for folks who are mobility impaired. There is a wall heater in the front room and a window unit to heat and cool the bedroom. You will be renting the entire cabin. There is also a shared yard in front of the cabins that you're welcome to enjoy (it's directly on Sudderth, Ruidoso's main street, so it's the perfect spot for enjoying the various seasonal parades hosted by the Village). Check-in is at Upper Canyon Lodging. 2959 Sudderth Dr. 2 night minimum on weekends Summer weekends may require 3 nights 1 night Saturday stays considered after 6pm the night prior In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. You can walk to almost everything from there. Overall the cabin is ok and met our needs. With a few adjustments it could be a great cabin. It’s not listed or clear in the posting but they do charge a pet fee of $35 per pet that is charged after you sign the agreement. There are some pros and cons… Pros: Great size bedroom Overall cabin size good Easy to find Nice touches and decorations Close to the Main Street Very clean (except issues with old shower) Cons: Shower lining/walls need to be replaced as the repairs are pulling away from the lining/wall Bright as day at night. Blinds and “curtains” don’t block out the lights from outside making it almost impossible to sleep Street noises. Luckily the bars and other places quiet down about 10/11, but the sounds from the cars driving in the street can still be heard No proper secure lock on bedroom door. There is a door in the bedroom that leads outside with just one tiny slide lock and half a door knob. Truly didn’t feel safe or secure with that. A proper deadbolt and doorknob should be installed for safety Front door lock takes a bit of luck to get it in the right place for the deadbolt to secure Parking is first come first serve and can be tricky if you get back later in the evening ##### Stephanie S.
