We had an issue with the initial room, but we arrived at 1.30 and decided to deal with it the following morning. "Thank you to the staff of this hotel. They provide us with replacement rooms upon our requests. Upon our arrival, the first room had towels on the floor beside the bed snd the bed sheet had stains on it. The second room had urine odor. The third room was a remodeled and an upgraded room. The hotel is in a nice area close to shopping areas. Breakfast was great. Thanks again. "

"It was a 5 day business stay from abroad. It is hard to get around without a taxi or bike. Uber is available but the wait time varies from 15-25 minutes. I had dinner at their restaurant twice. The dinner was great but the service is below average. I found the place to be a bit expensive. The rooms and views were great. I asked for electric kettle to drink hot water but they did not provide and suggested to use Nespresso Coffee Machine which is a bummer. "
