Das seit mehr als 40 Jahren familiengeführte Unternehmen bietet Ihnen komfortable Zimmer und Ferienwohnungen in schönster Umgebung mit Blick auf Wiesen, Wälder und Berge. Unser gepflegtes Haus liegt abseits vom Verkehr und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Ortsmitte entfernt. Im Winter führt eine malerisch gelegene Langlaufloipe direkt am Haus vorbei. Der Ferien- und Luftkurort Ruhpolding (670m) bietet vielseitige Abwechslung: 200 km Wanderwege, davon 50 km im Winter geräumt, 60 km Langlaufloipen, Kunsteishalle, diverse Skilifte, Pferdedroschken- und Schlittenfahrten, Wellen-/Erlebnisbad, beheiztes Freibad, 18 Loch-Golfanlage, Tennisplätze, Reiterhof, Drachen- und Gleitschirmschule, Freizeitpark, Fliegenfischen etc. Unser gepflegtes Haus ist nur 10 Minuten vom Zentrum Ruhpoldings und von der Haltestelle der Dorf-Buslinie entfernt. Es hat eine ruhige, verkehrsberuhigte sonnige Lage mit Panoramablick auf die Alpenregion. In der Winterzeit führt die Langlaufloipe direkt am Haus vorbei. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen liebevoll eingerichtete Einzel- und Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Dusche/WC. Gerne genießen unsere Gäste die familiäre Atmosphäre im schönen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kachelofen und Farbfernseher. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück lässt den Tag gut beginnen. Im Sommer können Sie sich auf einer Terrasse oder auf der Liegewiese erholen. Auf unserer Wiese befindet sich ein Grillplatz der gerne von unseren Gästen genutzt wird. Parkplätze sind direkt beim Haus. Oder wie wäre es mit unbeschwerten Urlaubstagen in einer unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen? Die Wohnungen sind für 2 - 5 Personen geeignet. Sie verfügen über 1 bzw. 2 Schlafzimmer, eine komplett eingerichtete Komplettküche mit Fernseher. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Auf Wunsch können Sie bei uns im Haus frühstücken oder den Brötchenservice in Anspruch nehmen. Eine weitere Ferienwohnung befindet sich Am Wundergraben 1 auf einer Anhöhe mit einen herrlichen Blick über das Ruhpoldinger Tal und in die Berge. Der Ortskern ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, das Skigebiet Westernberg sowie die Akademie der Heilkunst befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. Auf Anfrage bieten wir unseren Gästen geführte Wanderungen (im Winter auch Schneeschuh) und Mountainbike Touren in die herrliche Ruhpoldinger Bergwelt an. Für unsere kleinen Gäste stehen unsere Pferde für ein geführtes reiten zur Verfügung. Wir legen grossen Wert auf Detail, um den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste eine familiäre Gemütlichkeit und eine aufmerksame Betreuung zu bieten.

#### Schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön in Ruhpolding, zwischen den Bergen in einer kleinen Nebenstraße. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und eine vollausgestattete Küche. Das einzige, was der Küche fehlt, sind Müslischüsseln, was aber wirklich nur ein kleines Manko in der ansonsten wirklich guten Ausstattung ist. Mit der Chiemgau-Karte, die durch die Kurtaxe inklusive ist, kann man einige Unternehmungen in der Umgebung umsonst machen. Alleine durch eine Fahrt mit einer der Seilbahnen hat sich die Karte schon gelohnt. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
