Cosy single-family house "Christopher", 2 storeys, detached. 1.7 km from the centre of Ruhmannsfelden, 1.6 km from the centre of Gottzell, outside the resort, 16 km from the centre of Deggendorf. Private: property 900 m2 with trees, meadow, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Osterbrünnlstr" 1.4 km, railway station "Gotteszell" 2.7 km. Nearby attractions: Bikepark Geißkopf 15 km, Nationalparkzentrum Ludwigsthal 35 km, Elypso Freizeit- und Erlebnisbad 22 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Geißkopf Bischofsmais 15 km, Großer Arber 33 km. Please note: car recommended.  
4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen), heating stove. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (120 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Heating not available in all rooms. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Swedish stove in the living room is the only heating option.
