Very comfortable and quiet room even though it was overlooking the pool area. Enormous comfortable bed. Air conditioning was good and easy to control. Bathroom was excellent with walk in shower. Very good hot and cold buffet breakfast.

Rooms: Okay..needs refurbishing
Staff: Helpful except the towel lady (handing out towels). Sarcastic and rude.
Beach view: Okay, needs a bit of work. Perhaps aesthetic works (landscaping) leading to the beach.
Food: hmmm. A lot of improvements needed specially the Tavern. Steak was chewy as gum and needs seasoning.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal del hotel nos recibió con mucha amabilidad. Llegamos temprano, pero nuestra habitación ya estaba lista. Nos dieron bebidas gratis en el bar y una explicación completa del hotel y los alrededores. La habitación era muy cómoda y disfrutamos del spa. El personal también nos ayudó a reservar en restaurantes cercanos, lo que hizo nuestra estancia muy fácil y especial. En general, nos encantó y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
