This spacious traditional vacation home is set in an exceptional hilltop location in the Drôme. It has a private pool and breathtaking panoramic views over the peaceful countryside. The property is built around an inner courtyard with a majestic chestnut tree and comprises a main house, a large independent bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate gîte a few steps away - all offering plenty of space and privacy, ideal for families or friends.



The main house comprises a large kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room and three welcoming bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms. In the courtyard, a large, modern, bright, air-conditioned bedroom with private bathroom is also available. The gîte, just 20 meters away, offers another kitchen, living room and additional sleeping facilities.



Outside, the swimming pool and large terrace invite you to relax and enjoy the view of nature. The nearest neighborhood is several hundred meters away. Peace and quiet guaranteed.

The property is just a few minutes' drive from the charming old village of Marsanne, with its picturesque lanes and lively restaurants. The region offers spectacular scenery, from lavender-covered valleys to majestic mountains, forests and ancient heritage to discover. It's an ideal setting for cycling, hiking, wild river swimming or exploring the region's magnificent historic towns, such as Montélimar (famous for its nougat), Grignan (home of Madame de Sévigné) or Dieulefit (a pottery paradise).
