Sit out on the veranda, which has been converted into a small lounge, and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Step into the living room with its flat-screen TV. The spacious kitchen has a 4-burner gas cooker + oven, a hood, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine... overlooking the courtyard at the back of the house with a charcoal barbecue and garden furniture. On the night side, two bedrooms each with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet. You will be able to park your car in the courtyard in front of the house and/or in front of the house (free parking). The small house at the back of the plot can occasionally be occupied by the owners.
