Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, this apartment comprises an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, a living room opening onto a large balcony, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle), a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room (shower with a 15cm step), and a separate WC. Enjoy a beautiful open view from the balcony and have breakfast or lunch there (outdoor furniture provided). A private, secure parking space is included. This apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday in Royan. Bed linen, towels, bath mats, and tea towels are not provided – these can be ordered upon request. Cleaning service is available upon request; otherwise, a separate cleaning deposit will be required. A €300 security deposit is payable via the SWIKLY link that will be sent to you.
