The API DAYS agency offers this apartment, completely renovated and decorated for your vacation comfort. The decor was carefully designed by Élisabeth, a painter from Royan.  
It comprises an entrance hall, a living room opening onto a balcony with a beautiful sea view, a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining area, a fitted kitchen open to the living room, a mezzanine with a double bed, storage space, a separate toilet, a shower room, and private parking.  
  
At the foot of two beaches, Foncillon and Le Chay, you will be charmed by its location.  
  
The price advertised on this website is not binding. For reservation requests, please refer to \[hidden\] or contact me at \[hidden\].  
  
As part of this rental, you can subscribe to numerous services:  
Linen rental (sheets + towels + bath mat + tea towels): €20 per person per stay.  
Baby crib and high chair rental (delivered directly to the accommodation): €20 per stay.  
Cleaning fee: €65 (accommodation from 20 to 50 m²), €96 (accommodation from 50 to 80 m²), €120 (accommodation from 80 to 120 m²), and €150 (accommodation of 120 m² and above).  
Sunday or public holiday arrival fee: €30
