"The hotel was so beautiful and close walking distance to the city center and the new street station. It was quiet and well secured. The staff were also very attentive and changed my room when I complained about the initial room that was given to me. I would definitely visit here in the future "

"I booked Mallory Court as surprise for my wife as a mini moon from 7th April to 9th April. From the very start, the staff were amazing in making those 2 nights special for us. Dawn was extremely supportive in helping me book the afternoon tea and spa. The staff when we arrived were nothing but tentative, even offered us an upgrade along with cookies and card to congratulate us. On the Monday, we had the spa for 2 hours and followed by our treatment, one particular staff member (she had short blonde hair) did put a damper on our experience as we felt she was rude, very cold towards us and even snatched the bands out my hands and said “cheers”. Not something I’d expect considering the experience we’d been getting from the other staff members. Other than that, from the welcome, restaurant staff, to hotel staff, I want to say a huge thank you from the wife and I for making our mini moon a memorable one. "

"Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room and bathroom were very spacious, immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. Pool was quiet and large and nice to have the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The breakfast had loads of options and was all very tasty. Our 7 year old loved the pancakes! Would definitely stay again."
