Barn Owl Cottage is a peaceful countryside retreat with a private garden, lovely walks from the doorstep, and easy access to Leamington Spa, scenic canal paths, historic castles, and charming local pubs and farm shops.. 2 steps to entrance.

Lawned garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. Courtyard. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Tucked away down a peaceful, private driveway in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, Barn Owl Cottage offers a relaxing rural escape. Surrounded by open fields and bird song, this cosy one-bedroom cottage is perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for tranquillity and a touch of country charm.  
  
Inside, the welcoming living and dining space is ideal for unwinding, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV with Freeview and DVD player, and views out to the sunny patio. Superfast fibre broadband is available throughout. The separate kitchen is modern and well-equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, electric cooker and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. The spacious double bedroom features a super king-size bed, which can be made into twins on request. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath.  
  
Outside, guests can enjoy their own private south-facing patio and garden, a lovely suntrap, perfect for lazy afternoons, reading, or dining al fresco. The cottage sits in a peaceful courtyard setting beside a beautifully converted barn where the owners live.  
  
This idyllic rural spot is also a brilliant base for exploring the local area. Just three miles away lies Royal Leamington Spa, known for its elegant Georgian architecture, stylish independent shops, and beautiful riverside Jephson Gardens. Enjoy the heritage of the Royal Pump Rooms or take a leisurely walk along the Grand Union Canal, just a short stroll from the cottage. Keen walkers and nature lovers can explore Draycote Water or the surrounding countryside trails, while history buffs can visit the nearby castles at Warwick and Kenilworth.  
  
Stoneleigh Park, famous for its events and agricultural shows, is a short drive away, and the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre is just along the road. A scenic walk across the fields brings you to the pretty village of Offchurch, where a pub offers award-winning food in a picturesque setting. For local produce and a hearty breakfast, Hilltop Farm on the Fosse Way is less than a mile away and features a shop, café, and restaurant.
