We wish you a pleasant stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 1000 euros in cash is required to cover any unforeseen damage. This deposit will be returned to you at the time of departure.  
  
Please keep quiet after 23:00\. Although the villa is located in the authentic Istra, there is greenery and space around, and people still live nearby who will go to work, school, or want to have a rest. Of course, you can invite all the neighbors to your party, get to know each other, and chat. Then our request to observe silence at night is removed)
