  • A beautiful villa situated just outside of Rovinj in a village called Rovinjsko selo. The villa has a private parking, BBG grill, private pool with Jacuzzi outdoor furniture. Inside a living room with SAT TV, internet WI FI and, a fully furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, Coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, gas, Fan / extractor, toaster, water kettle, Kitchen utensils provided and dining area. on the ground floor there is a washing room with a washing machine and iron and the board and a separate toilette. on the first floor is the air condition and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms have double beds and the bathrooms shower and towels provided. Coffee bars, supermarkets are close by and rovinj is just 5-10 min Away.
    Pet are 15 € per pet per night Payment to owner upon arrival
    The pool is not heated so the water is cold in winter period
