This modern studio apartment is located in a newly built villa near the Golden Point Nature Park (Zlatni rt) in Rovinj, just 500 m from the pebble beach. On 25 m², the apartment offers space for two people and is equipped with a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a gas stove, refrigerator and filter coffee maker, as well as a bathroom with shower and bidet.



The apartment has air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and WiFi. From the 24 m² large balcony, you can enjoy private hours outdoors. Pets are welcome, a parking space is available on site. Communal use of the washing machine is possible.
