Enjoy tranquility, a wood-fired sauna, and fresh air and nature for total relaxation. Spot the Northern Lights, grazing reindeer, and take in the beautiful views of Sonkajärvi nearby. Only a 35-minute drive to Rovaniemi city center. The cottage offers nature's peace, yet is also a great base for trips and activities. Clean, drinkable water. WiFi. Free parking on site.

The cottage is an ideal getaway for couples and families, comfortably accommodating 4 people, with space for up to 5 if needed. Upon arrival, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped newly-renovated kitchen, and a WC. There is also a wood-fired sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, and an air-source heat pump to ensure comfort during freezing winter and warm summer days.  
  
In this serene environment, you'll be surrounded by the soothing nature and fresh, clean air. The pristine wilderness around the cottage provides a peaceful retreat, and you may be fortunate enough to spot local wildlife, such as grazing reindeer. The silence here is unmatched, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your stay.  
  
The cottage overlooks the stunning Sonkajärvi lake, offering breathtaking views nearby. Just a stone's throw away is a city-maintained recreational area by the lake, featuring a shelter (laavu) and a fire pit with a scenic lake view — an ideal spot to enjoy a sunset or gather around the fire with family.
