Roussillon is part of the Golden Triangle and is located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park. This village is known especially for its ochres. A unique atmosphere emerges there. The golden light always seems to bathe the village. Its ochre-coloured houses give a warm aspect to this small Provençal village. Today, ochre is no longer exploited in the commune, but traces of the past remain: the "Ochre Trail" which attracts visitors from all over the world every year. This marked hiking trail offers a change of scenery through ochre sands with shades ranging from yellow to purple, discovering the impressive cliffs sculpted in ochre over the years up to the famous "Giants' Causeway".
