The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 85 m² house with mountain views for rent in the commune of Rousset, which can accommodate up to 7 travelers. It comprises an attractive 26 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 300 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
First floor:  
\- 26 m² living room with TV, sofa bed...  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Dining area  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 3: with double bed (140×190)  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

\- An unfenced terrace of approx. 500 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The house is ideally located in Rousset, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
