"We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. "Perfect location in Lyme, especially with parking. Comfy bed. Disappointed pool not open, and surprised not to get a discount via Expedia. Common parts very old but apparently will be updated in next few years. Will be excellent when completed"
