« Room was great but woke up to no working lights besides bathroom light and the light by the door, phone wasnt working and an outlet we tried to use for a phone charger wasnt working. »

« Quality suites near west acres very poor service from the receptionist ⁃ firstly she can't find our name in the reservation that was made. « The pool was so bad, the whole hotel smelled so bad of chlorine that they had the windows open. My son’s eyes were blood shot from the second we walked through the door. Not too add we arrived later at night(which they knew) and our room was not prepared appropriately. The window was left open so when we entered the room it was about 50/55 degrees. « I found everything about Studio 7 absolutely unacceptable.I checked in and checked out again 90 minutes later. The hotel was outdated, rundown and in extreme need of repair and remodeling. The repairs that were done were done by a handyman and not a professional. I would not let an animal spend the night in that hotel much less a human being. I returned to the airport and spent the night on a couch in the lobby before my flight out the next morning. I would like a full refund of my 50 sum...
