« I would have gave higher rating. But AC was out for 2days. The garage was dark and dirty. Pipes were leaking return water from lake on my truck. Per maintenance. »

« The check in process was greag and easy. The room had bottles left in cabinet over fridge and their was an empty bag of ice left in freezer and garbage disposal does not work »

« I was expecting a lake view with a balcony like I had the first time I stayed there. I was put on the inside of the complex. It was the whole reason I booked as far in advance as I did. I’ll take the blame for not making that clear from the beginning. »

« When we first walked in to the condo, it reeked of cigarettes. The return air vent, above the refrigerator, was absolutely filthy! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years! The condo said it would sleep 5, which is how many we had, with the 3rd bed being the couch. There were no linens, blankets, anything for the couch. Fortunately, we brought a couple of blankets. « En mi opinio la propiedad estas sobrevaluada por lo que ofrecen, estoy de acuerdo que era un loft pero encontré algunos detalles, 1.El aire acondicionado era un aparato portatil adaptado y muy ruidoso 2. El colchon estaba todo manchado, de orina seguramente y hacia mucho ruido los resortes, esto me hizo enfurecer mucho!!!! Creo que esos lofts no estan preparados para recibir huespedes aun, hay que hacer arreglos,,,verifiquen antes de contratar Eduardo Garza, Monterrey NL MEX »
