This cozy, private & very quiet retreat features 1 large, full bathroom with soothing showers and an additional living room space with a comfy Queen sofa bed , It sleeps 4\. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, heating, a full kitchen, an iron, and a hair dryer during their stay. There is a patio right outside the door, a rose garden with Heirloom roses planted in honor of Dione's 9 grandchildren! Rough & Ready is 4 mins from either Penn Valley or Grass Valley, and 5 mins to the Yuba River! a few more mins to Nevada City. It's a half hour to Auburn, 1 hr to both Sacramento and Incredibly Beautiful Lake Tahoe! there are many hiking and biking trails nearby. It has a Post Office and a fire Station featuring free monthly spaghetti dinners, a community hall that features karaoke & free monthly breakfast. Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings and unwind in this unique accommodation. We look forward to hosting you at our place. \* Note\* photo of roses are growing right outside the windows (warm weather,,,). Pic of blue & white trailer is my residence behind MH - don't worry, property is very large, MH has it's own little private yard. I have a puppy & a cat on the land & in my home. Also, I couldn't upload all the photos I wanted to due to a Verbo website error. The floor in LR area is laminate wood.
