On the first floor of the residence, you'll discover the Victoria, a sublime flat with a terrace overlooking the cathedral, a SPA (whirlpool bath) and a hammam. You'll find an entrance hall with cupboards and storage space, separate WC, a separate open-plan kitchen (fitted and equipped), and a living room with access to the terrace. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. As soon as you enter, you'll find a large storage cupboard with technical equipment, cleaning products, a clotheshorse and ironing equipment. At the end of the corridor, you'll find a separate WC. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you need: basic appliances, oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster and citrus press. The living room features a sofa, coffee table, dining table for two, HD-connected TV and WIFI access throughout. Metro Rouen's metro system is also within easy reach: Théâtre des Arts station: about 5 minutes' walk away.
