You’ll enjoy an ideal location to do everything on foot (shops, restaurants, the historic center, etc.). Directly opposite the building is the Palais de Justice underground car park, paid and secure, which is very convenient for parking. The apartment is on the ground floor at the back of the building, in a quiet setting (not facing the street). This lovely one-bedroom duplex has been designed for your comfort. On the first level, you’ll find a bright living room with a sofa, and an open-plan kitchen fully fitted and equipped so you can cook as at home: oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, extractor hood, Nespresso-style coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a selection of kitchen utensils. You’ll also have a modern shower room with toilet and a washing machine. Upstairs, the mezzanine bedroom welcomes you in a cozy atmosphere, with a wardrobe/dressing area and a lovely glass floor section that brings a great sense of space and light. Bed linen and household linens are provided for your comfort. The property does not include private parking, but you can park in the surrounding streets according to the city’s current rates, or use the Palais de Justice car park located just across the street. The accommodation is managed by L’ArchiDuchesse Concierge Service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. To finalize your reservation and obtain the access codes, a bank pre-authorization will be required via a secure link. If you’d like to enjoy your stay a little longer, a flat fee of €10 applies for an early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval from our concierge team.
