Large apartment located between the quays and the old market place, historic heart of Rouen. The location is ideal to discover Rouen.  
The accommodation can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to its flexible night space.  
  
The accommodation comprises an entrance, dining room, living room, kitchen, sleeping area, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.  
The sleeping area is flexible (2 single beds or 1 single bed and a double bed) to accommodate up to 7 people.  
  
The neighborhood is the link between the historic center, the quays and the university. A Carrefour City open on Sunday morning and the rest of the week until 22h is located 3 minutes walk.
