"Good hotel with great service! All the staff were very helpful and friendly. For the price, it's a very nice place, with big rooms. Location is okay, with easy transport links, it's a 5 minute walk to both tram and metro. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Breakfast is quite expensive but it is very high quality so no complaints."

"FOH staff was fantastic! Coffee was great! The hotel is beautiful and the location is very convenient for transportation and to explore around. The only issue was that during my 5-days stay, deep cleaning of the room was requested 2 times and it never happened. Disappointing since we ran out of basic items such as hand soap, toilet paper etc and all the hustle to be looking for someone to have all items and towels replaced, we removed our own garbage, etc."

"The Rotterdam Marriot Hotel is right across the street from the Rotterdam Central train station. This is very convenient. The rooms are stylish, large and well appointed. The breakfast is excellent. The staff service is exceptional. "

"My second stay there after visiting Paris and Brussels. Room is tidy and clean. However shower room outlet was faulty - water outlet is choke and waste water discharge was very slow. The engineering guy did look into it but problem was not rectified. "

"Staff are very friendly and rooms are well appointed. Corners are cut with the amenities and there are not many restaurant choices within walking distance , apart from a very good Japanese about 100 metres away.For a short business trip it ticks all the boxes."

"We had difficulty when we first arrived. We were very early but had requested an early check in. No rooms were available until noon and then we had to pay 59 euros to get a room at noon or sit in the lobby for another 3 hours."

"The place is near the tram. The room is huge and there’s kitchen with microwave and water boiler and even a coffee maker. Will stay again next time in different cities. We tried the one in Amsterdam too and it was equally great! "

"the only thing we didn't like was that the room door didn't seal all the way round, when lights out in the room at night, we got light in from around the door. the door did close and lock , it's just that the gaps around it let the hallway light in"
