Convenient location, 15 min walk from the central train station. Friendly staff, clean safe rooms. No lift, so if you can't climb stairs let management know.

Gave someone else a key to our private room so other guests tried to come in our room - made me feel unsafe. Otherwise, was standard hostel room with very good location to city centre.

Your fraud, which changed the terms of my reservation from payment on the spot and the possibility of canceling the reservation with a fine, and I could not travel to the Netherlands due to not receiving a visa, I lost $350.

Unsafe area
Not a safe area. Be careful out front after dark - you will be approached and robbed outside if not careful. No security at hostel. Standard A&O hostel, perfectly fine inside.

Location is ok. Rooms give you the basics you need. Staff friendly. Everything you would expect for a budget hotel.

Our room was very dusty and cold, there was little heating fans to blow warm air into room but those things were very loud when turned on. We got flu after sleeping first night… Staff was great to be honest!

Miss if you want to relax in your room.
Bathroom not clean, hairs in bath and around toilet. No glass in bathroom, for facilities in room, no tea or coffee or kettle. Don't use if you want to relax between trips into town. Resident drug dealer on hotel steps at night, could be handy for some.

Pleasant stay
City suite room as lovely and big, really comfy bed, excellent location. Room is noisy due to the trams, to the point of not being able to sleep at all, would be good to have fans in the room to drown out the noise as the air con is too weak

Single ply toilet role is brutal
When we arrived the lady on the desk was a little rude, as was a male member of staff during our stay. Luckily the young man with the moustache was AMAZING so I would always recommend talking with him if you have any questions! The rooms were spacious and had lots of light, with a large comfortable bed, the toilet paper was clearly a money saving choice as were the toiletries. They do let you store bags which was really appreciated as we left @5pm for the ferry!

I really liked this hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom even had a tub. The staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet was elaborate. We loved staying here.
