There was no off-street parking as advertised. The garage has been blocked off and then I noticed the last part of the welcome email stated to park on the street. (The next door apartment was vacant so we parked in the driveway.) The patio and BBQ area was neglected and dirty with lots of cobwebs making the area unusable. There were lots of other smaller issues: lots of marks on the walls and furniture, laminate on dining table was peeling, no Netflix as advertised, shower screen leaked badly, the garage smelt mouldy because it has the washer/dryer with no ventilation, and the list goes on... We did not find the unit in a clean condition, even after all the warning signs about fines, which are a little off putting. It had all the amenities I needed for my stay. The dishwasher, washer and dryer in the apartment was very convenient. Having a locked garage for parking is a great addition to the apartment as well. The rooms were very clean when I arrived. I also liked that there was an outdoor dining option available with a private patio and a bbq.
