This cozy and family-friendly home offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, bike shed & tools and a large deck to relax after a day of adventure. Ideally located near top attractions like Waipa Mountain Bike Hub, geothermal parks, and only 100m from the famous Guidoughs Bakery. It's perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike! The space The master bedroom features a queen bed and plenty of space to unwind. The second bedroom offers a cozy double bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, with two comfortable king single beds. A portacot is available anytime for families traveling with little ones. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including essential pantry items like oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. A separate, newly renovated laundry with a washer and dryer makes it easy to handle all your washing needs during your stay. The living room, with its stunning original Tawa flooring, opens onto a spacious deck through a large sliding door – the perfect spot for outdoor dining or simply relaxing in the fresh air. Comfortable beanbags are available for lounging on the deck. Inside, a heat pump keeps the entire house warm, and additional heaters are on hand for those extra-chilly evenings. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available, perfect if you need some downtime after your adventures.
