Consider this house your home away from home. Impressive is an understatement! This home is the epitome of luxury design and waterfront living in Rotonda West. Perfectly positioned on the canal to enjoy the sunrise and occasional wildlife viewing from your screened lanai, this home is designer ready! This phenomenal property boasts 3 bedrooms -Master with 1 king bed and reading area and sliding doors to the Lani. Master bath boasts separate double sinks, free standing 6-foot soaking tub and a exquisite walk-in shower. The other 2 guest bedrooms have queen size beds, with one of those having a beautiful ensuite. And with the other 2 bathrooms having oversized walk-in showers. The office to the front of the home will be a perfect space for those needing a quite area to work, and it has a open feeling with frosted glass double doors opening to the Livingroom. The kitchen is a chief's dream, induction cooking, convenient pot filler, stainless steel appliances, undercabinet lighting and under cabinet beverage refrigerator. Step outside to the gorgeous Lani with a heated saltwater pool and spa, sitting area with TV and dining area to enjoy outdoor living. Located in a 5-star golf community, with 5 different courses to pick from!
