Enjoy the wildlife and beautiful views on a lake in Rotonda West. This three bedroom, two bath house has a heated pool. The open floor plan features a dining room, living room, breakfast, and kitchen with a breakfast bar. Master bath includes a separate water closet and a roman tub. Each bedroom has their own walk-in closet. Access to the heated pool from the master bedroom and queen room. The lanai is a wonderful place for a lunch by the pool or a lounge for an afternoon nap. Children are welcome, ages 13 and above. Come stay at this magnificent home! Hurricane Ian Update: Our house sustained minimal damage inside from Ian. All repairs have been completed inside. There is a new pool cage over the lanai and the pool is fully functional! All of this is available here and we enjoyed it for 3 weeks. Sitting at the lanai in the evening, looking over the lake and watching the birds was very relaxing. My wife and I just loved this vacation rental. The house was spotless when we arrived and the pantry was stocked with essentials to get us started. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The furniture and beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare any type of meal.. It was so so relaxing and enjoyable to sit out by the heated pool in the lanai and gaze out at the lake just beyond the back yard. The landlord was so accommodating with a big screen smart tv in the living room, bicycles, fishing gear, barbecue grill and even an exercise bike. The house was immaculate and very well stocked with both refrigerated and pantry items to get us started. The home is in a quiet, lush area of Rotonda on a small pond with fish, alligators, birds, and other wildlife. Our morning coffee around the pool was always entertaining while being visited by the local egret and wood stork. We can't say enough about Dolly's Vacation Home and we look forward to visiting again in 2023\.
