"It was a very nice property & I wouldn’t hesitate to book there again. Only small issue was the Saturday we were checking out there was no breakfast offered but they did have a coffee pot there guests to get coffee & also in the room which was greatly appreciated. I think there was staffing shortage that day which is tough but understandable. "

"This place is just incredible. Grand Hotel is such a fitting name. It truly is GRAND. If you stay here, make sure you plan on some time just to enjoy the property itself. Bring a deck of cards and play in one of the many gorgeous spaces- near the fireplace, lobby, or even the amazing courtyard!!! Kids said it was the best pool and hot tub ever! Breakfast even for vegetarians was wonderful, and the room had ample sleeping space for grandparents, kids, and me (6 of us total slept comfortably)!! Don’t hesitate- this place is great, and Kai is so helpful!"
