The tap was not working properly so it did not fully twist . I could not get hot water for a shower or bath due to this. Also , was then woken up at 9am to banging on the door and then maintenance man trying to let himself in my hotel room . Very scary and unprofessional.

Comfortable, mid-price hotel. Imaginatively and nicely decorated. Very efficient self-check in system with staff on hand to assist if needed. Very quiet at night and comfortable room. Would certainly select it again.

Nice hotel,area not so much
Very nice hotel,everything great,only little thing is bar shuts a tad early .Hotel on a trading estate so a long walk(no fun in the cold) to any other places to eat and drink.

Rooms Good Service from reception staff was excellent ,food and bar war good,only little grip is bar shut a bit early for us on a weekend,and its a 20 minute walk to Farnbourgh.

The hotel is fine, but was clearly badly disorganised. We arrived at about 6.30pm - so not exactly early - and were told that rooms weren't ready yet. It transpired that they weren't expecting twin rooms, and had to convert some doubles into twins. This is despite longstanding reservations. They clearly knew we were coming but had failed to prepare the correct rooms.

Hotel was amazing other than Bar Restaurant Area which is too open and no privacy and seems Male Contractor Dominated.

Was really nice 5 years ago, now rather run down. The lift button for floor 3 doesnt work. They have changed the system so you need to pay extra for the gym. Sadly will stay elsewhere in future

Lovely Hotel
Overall we enjoyed staying here. The room was clean and comfortable, with great soundproofing and a blackout blind. On check in we found staff to be a little rude, I forgot which last name I'd used for the booking and then they said I'd spelt my own name wrong (I hadn't). Breakfast was served until 9.30, but staff started to clear up at 9. We had to ask for sauces/salt and then other people who arrived had to ask for cutlery and other items. Requested a poached egg which took 15 minutes to bring out. Overall a good stay at a good price, but let down a little bit the service.

Room was fine, although a little worn around the edges. Bathroom a great size, very clean, and the shower was fantastic! That, and the access to pool, sauna, steam room etc would bring us back - the only negative was the boy racers revving and racing around the area. Not the hotel's fault though . . .

Usual quality from Village, but service here poor.
Stayed here plenty of times before. Always a lively place with the gym and sports bar attached. Usually self check in takes seconds but had to ask for help as was through H.com. Was looking forward to a meal and drinks but the food and service were disappointing. Food is average and overpriced and the staff don’t really pay attention to the customers. A handy location when in Farnborough but defo not top of the list.

Clean modern hotel. Room a good size Would stay again. Only niggles no decaffeinated coffee satchets and none available although i rquested some they did not have any. Also, 3 small holes in duvet cover

Not a very good environment to relax. We were in second floor and on our first night at 1230 am, there were a group of 4 people fighting and shouting infront of the hotel and me and my husband thought our window was open. Disappointing to say that we can still hear them very loud and clear despite our window being closed. We can also hear the noise of the door shut or being close the room opposite to us. We always travel and stay in a hotel, the amount we’ve paid we were expecting to have toiletries like hotel toothbrush, but there is none. We have to go out and buy one. Overall am just disappointed. By the way we statues for 2 nights on 2 rooms with my young adult children. I don’t think we gonna stay there again. The view was lovely tho.
