We had issues with no TV remote & our key cards wouldn't work, even after changing them out. The door latch was very loose & didn't feel secure. The exception was that staff was very friendly & helpful but we decided to stay elsewhere. »

They said they could not issue me a refund since I booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told that the issue would be resolved. But no one has contacted me from either Expedia or the Hotel to make it right. »

And third, the stove in the studio did not work so i could not cook the food i brought with me. And last, there wasnt any soap in the shower! I am very unhappy with the service, and very disappointed in the stay we had. »
