The freshly renovated living room with a fully equipped open kitchen invites you to indulge and relax. Especially in the warmer months, the terrace with seating area and beach chair, as well as the balcony, are real highlights of the apartment. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The modern bathroom with natural light is also located on the upper floor. The Space: The apartment is located in the rear part of the captain's house. It covers 45 square meters and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living area with a kitchen and dining table. On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. The kitchen is very well equipped: Enjoy the convenience of a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and numerous kitchen utensils. Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with satellite TVs. Guest Access: You have access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: The vacation apartment is located in the beautiful old town area of Warnemünde, just 300 meters from the beach and only 100 meters from the Old Strom, the popular promenade. Warnemünde offers beautiful sandy beaches with fine white sand, where you can swim, surf, or simply relax in the sun. Shops for everyday needs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and the train station are all in close proximity and can be easily reached on foot. Getting Around: Bus, train, and taxi stands are within walking distance. For parking, we recommend the "Molenfeuer" or "Am Kurhaus" parking garages. Especially during the high season, it is advisable to make a reservation before your trip. Unfortunately, there are no public parking spaces directly at the accommodation, as Alexandrinenstraße is a traffic-calmed area. Other Things to Note: The key handover takes place via a key safe. We will provide detailed information about this via email after booking. If a tourist tax applies to this accommodation, it is already included in the overnight price. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date. You are also welcome to bring your pet with you. Schlicht und dennoch gemütlich. Die Bilder geben den tollen Schnitt der FeWo nicht wieder. Man merkt nicht, dass es nur 45 qm sind. Das WLAN ist nicht vorhanden, was jedoch direkt am Meer gut für die Seele ist. Die Whg befindet sich im hinteren Teil des Hauses und hat Balkon und Terrasse. Keinen Strandkorb. Stört aber nicht.
