Sie ist sehr hochwertig und komplett ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und das Ein- bzw. Auschecken war sehr freundlich. Ein kurzer Weg bis zum Strand und eine direkte Verbindung per Bus und Fähre nach Warnemünde machten unsere Ausflüge in der Vorweihnachtszeit unkompliziert. Besonders freuten wir uns danach auf den Besuch der eigenen Infrarotsauna und das Entspannen im Whirlpool. Der Netto Markt direkt um die Ecke war völlig ausreichend für unsere Besorgungen für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes und das Restaurant einen Besuch wert. Wir kommen gern mal wieder! ##### Kathrin K. Sauna, Whirlpool, Regendusche für etwas Wellness und eine topmoderne Küche, die direkt zum Kochen einlädt. Auf dem großen Eckbalkon kann man die Nachmittag-& Abendsonne wunderbar genießen und falls es mal kühler ist, kuschelt man sich im Wohnzimmer vor den Kamin. Auch an Kleinigkeiten wie Mückenschutz an den Fenstern & Balkontüren, Brettspiele (auch für Kinder), Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtuch (alles inklusive), Wäscheständer, Waschmaschine, Akkustaubsauger (...) ist gedacht. Der Einkauf ist auch schnell erledigt, da Netto direkt vor dem Haus ist. Die Wohnanlage ist sauber, ruhig und nicht zu groß (zwei Etagen, Fahrstuhl, helle Flure mit Tageslicht, Parkplatz auf dem.Hof). Unsere Kinder (4 und 7 Jahre) fühlten sich ebenfalls total wohl und freuten sich über den kurzen Weg zum sauberen Strand, die Spielplätze im Wohngebiet und Wege durch Wald & Natur. Ein Kletterwald ist direkt gegenüber gelegen, nach Warnemünde kann man wunderbar die Fähre nutzen (Abfahrt Hohe Düne), der Zoo Rostock ist nicht weit entfernt und Karls Erdbeerhof ebenfalls. Wir waren nur eine Woche da und konnten gar nicht alle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nutzen, also auch für einen längeren (Familien-)Urlaub super geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, telefonisch unkompliziert erreichbar und kümmern sich schnell bei Rückfragen. Absolut top! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder :) ##### Cornelia G. Ob Rad fahren, wandern, Stand up paddling, Cocktails an der Strandbar, baden in der Ostsee, mir der Fähre nach Warnemünde, Shopping in Rostock mit Stadtrundfahrt-es war für alle aktiv und sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung mit Sauna, Whirlpoolwanne und Regendusche ganz nach unserem Geschmack, Das Essen im Schinkenkrug ist empfehlenswert sowie der Strand nach der Gaststätte "Blaue Boje" am Resort ist sehr idyllisch und leer. Jul 18, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Traumhafte Ferienwohnung Ganz zufällig sind wir auf diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Markgrafenheide gestoßen und überlegen, nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles sehr gut durchdacht, geschmackvoll, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und obwohl das Wetter eher durchwachsen war, hatten wir mit unseren Kindern (2) und (6) einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Nach einem stürmischen Strandtag haben sie sich auf die tolle Whirlpool-Badewanne gefreut. Aber auch für Päärchen ist die Wohnung selbst bei durchwachsenem Wetter mit Kamin und Sauna wärmstens zu empfehlen. Sehr komfortabel war, dass der ganz neue Wohnkomplex direkt an einen Netto angebaut ist, man also rund um die Uhr, selbst am Sonntag gut versorgt ist. Zudem besitzt das Haus einen Aufzug, was für uns mit Kleinkind sehr praktisch war, aber sicher auch für Senioren oder alle, die mit schweren Tüten vom Netto kommen, ein großer Vorteil ist :) Weitere Pluspunkte waren: Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Wer mit Kindern anreist...in der Nähe gibt es z.B. gleich einen Kletterwald oder Karls Erdbeer Erlebnisdorf. Nicht zuletzt war auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern unglaublich freundlich und zuverlässig. Am Ende hatten Sie uns sogar noch ein Buch, dass meine große Tochter vergessen hatte, hinterhergeschickt. Wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und sie erhält von uns durchgehend 5 \*\*\*\*\* Sterne :) ##### Dominica B. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet wurde. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben schon mehrere Ferienwohnungen gehabt, bei der immer eine Kleinigkeit gefehlt hat, hier war das nicht so. Sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden.
