ÖPNV und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Netto) sind fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist eher schlicht, praktisch, gepflegt und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Hinweise: Die Fewo liegt im Souterrain, falls das stören sollte.
