Lucky's Cottage is a darling and eccentric farmhouse-style cottage, welcoming you to the centrally located Rossville, GA! This 1 bed/1 bath home is dog friendly and provides a huge fenced-in side yard for your dog. Inside there is ample natural light and accommodates up to 4 guests. Behind the house includes a hot tub, fire pit, grill, and hammock and will ensure an inviting and memorable time outdoors. Lucky's Cottage is just 20 minutes from Downtown Chatt, The Aquarium, Rock City, and more! Our Favorite Things About This Home: The charming and inviting nature of this property is one of our favorite features of Lucky's Cottage. The décor is cheerful, yet tasteful and inviting, and the master bedroom invites you into a comforting oasis after a long day of adventuring. We love the spacious kitchen and laundry room and the hot tub and fire pit are perfect for hours of outdoor lounging. Unwind with a movie or favorite TV show in the cozy living room at the end of your day. A comfortable and relaxing visit is guaranteed while staying at Lucky's Cottage! Home Layout: As you enter Lucky's Cottage through the front door, you are greeted by a spacious and well-lit living room with a smart TV and fireplace. On the right is the dining room and table set for four. As you continue through the house you will find the fully stocked kitchen complete with a fridge, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and drip coffee maker for your morning coffee, as well as an island for convenient food preparation and serving. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer and to the left of that space is the full bathroom. Back through the kitchen and off to the right, you will find the master bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed, closet, TV, and desk space. Things to Know About This Property: 1\. This property is very centrally located and is 20 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, 5 minutes from Chickamauga, and 5 minutes from Fort Oglethorpe Georgia. 2\. There is a convenient gas station across the street and a brand-new Food City grocery store 1 mile down the road! 3\. Dog-friendly: 2 dogs MAX 4\. No cable TV, but this house has 2 smart TV's. Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming. 5\. The fireplace is decorative and does not work. 6\. You will need to bring your own hot tub towels if you plan on using the hot tub! HOT TUB: Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it's some thing that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us. Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! Would not recommend this property for seniors as the property is on a hill an was very un-level for walking the dog in the fenced-in yard. The cottage is very clean and well kept. Nice hot tub and firepit. Had everything we needed to cook and help keep things clean. We enjoyed our stay! Communication with property manager was easy. The cottage is well lit - inside and out. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Additional outlets or long surge protectors would be useful in the bedroom and living room (especially if you need to charge multiple electronic devices). The bathroom is lovely, but the tub is a bit slippery, and the single sink wash basin is a bit small. The washer and dryer are right next to the basin and make a great space for toiletries. We did not use the hot tub or take time to enjoy the shaded backyard or side yard hammock. There is a gas station with restaurant and convenient store across the street - a good landmark to find the turn to the cottage. Has a beach cottage meets grandma's house in the country vibe. Very bright, light, breezy and airy. Fenced yard for the doggos. Located on a main thoroughfare but didn't have any noise issues. We did lots of hiking and it was great to soak in the hot tub and have a relaxing dinner. The fenced in yard was great for our pup. A small negative, which is not the hosts fault, was the brightness of the gas station across the street shining into the living/dining room, nor was it an issue in the bedroom. When we arrived the code we were given did not work, but we received an immediate response with a different code that worked; great responsiveness. ##### Elizabeth T.
